Adult Instruction
When do you want to train? We've got something for you! Each of these classes is open to skaters age 16 and over, drop-ins are welcome, full gear is required. Cost: $12
Adult Instructional Hockey:
Tuesday Evenings: 8:30 - 9:45 pm
This on-ice clinic is perfect for adults to learn to play hockey or brush up on old skills. Skills covered include shooting, passing, stick handling, skating and team concepts.
Combined Power Skating Class with a Stick & Puck Session
Saturday Mornings: 8:15-9:15 am
Sharpen your skating skills at our Power Skating Class during the first half hour, then knock the puck around with family and friends for the rest of the hour. All ages are welcome.
The Power Skating Class is designed to improve the speed and mobility of hockey players of all ages and abilities. The class includes edge work, forward stride, and quick starts. The skating skills and skating drills are all hockey specific. Full gear is required to participate in this class.
If you come just for the Stick & Puck aspect of this session, and you are over 18, you are required to have a helmet, gloves, stick, and skates. Elbow and shin pads are suggested.
Cost: $12 per session for the first family member. $7 per session for each additional family member.
Each session is limited to the first 30 skaters.
